CDR - Intra CDR Max?

Have eCas and running 5.1 . Running into issue with intraswitch CDR. Is there a Max number of extensions to put in under IntraSwithcCDR?

Veramark licenses their product and I suspect you did not license it for the number of stations you have.

But I am curious, why are you running CAS reports on station to station calls? Your hard drive will fill up very quickly.

I am licensed for stations by Veramark for 10,000.

I need to track calls that come into one location (A - VDN) and then pressing an option to go to another site (B VDN).

When I run ecas, it does not show me the first leg but only the 2nd leg where it terminates. When I enabled the intraswitch, i had a max of 5000.

What would be the best practice to track a call that hits one vdn/vector and then goes to antoher site vector using ECAS?

Where is the Ecas located, site A or site B?

Site a and b are call centers and c is support center.
