302 operator issue

Hi our system is running with cm 2.1 . how to disable incoming call alert and enable only flashing on 302 operator extension . and if posible how to make a different flashing for internal and external call

Hi,

You can disable the incoming call alerting by using the ringer cutoff feature. There is a "ringer-off" button that you could assign to an attendant.

Concerning the different flashing for incoming and external alertings, I know of a solution for distinctive call alerting on the system-parameters features. Page 5 I think... look for distinctive call alerting -- > External and Internal. Don't know if this also activates a different flashing... got to try.
