Login problem in S8400

Hi,

After installing the Communication manger on the S8400 and applying the license and authentication files, I can't login to the server using the initial password for craft or dadmin.

Can anyone help?

if you installed IA770 with this, we are finding this to be common.
the trick is to keep an open craft login session to linux while you install the license and auth file, you can then type autosat and log in as craft, then do a save trans and reset sys 4. this will enalbe the dadmin login..........
works for us every time
