My name is Rola.

i want to take the ACA in IMPLEMENT & MAINTAIN .
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN ?

OR FROM WHERE SHOULD I TAKE THE MATERIAL ?\

PLEASE UPDATE ME.

The best place to start is go to Avaya using the link below and look at the suggested courses for the ACA you are interested in. There are two parts to the ACA, a core test which is heavily slanted toward networking and then a specialization test.
