Avaya Modular Messaging
Avaya Modular Messaging@! Different systems, different versions, all three sites experiencing MWI issues, users unable to dial in to servers, we then need to reboot server, reformat DB to recover.... Tier 4 is troubled, and unable to resolve?? Any options
or other solutions?? ![]() |

Well, this is an old thread, but I can tell you I've installed a variety of MM versions on all kinds of PBXs, all of them have worked to the config note's supported features.
I'd like to help, if it's still an issue, but I'm afraid there isn't enough information in the post. What versions of MM are out there (hardware and software)? What PBXs are they on? What type of integration is it? I've had my share of TierIV stumpers, but not as broad an issue as yours sounds. If I were to venture a guess, I'd put my money on incorrectly installed/configured as opposed to the software not being capable.
