Routing a attedant console/switchboard to a normal extension

Hi all

Hmmmmmm, I want to do the following.......if my switchboard is busy or not answering for it to route to a predefined dn.

I tried to setup a hunt group which in turn was pointing to a coverage and remote covergae path containing the dn.........It doesn't want to route or break out from the Switchboard vector........

When looking at the attedant group I see there is no where that one can stipulate a Coverage Path..........

Can one then Route a incoming call from a switchboard if not answered for a pre-determined amount of rings or when busy to a normal DN ????????

Thnak you in advance

Anton

You know? My attendant console here asked for the same thing, along the lines of, hey, I'm not answering, can calls be routed into a general voice mailbox. I looked for a coverage path, didn't find one on the attendant form anywhere. Then again, I'm only a basic admin at best.

I'm still looking around...this is on a G3Si system running R6 - Intuity Audix 4.1.
