4621IP Call Log vs 2420 terminals
All, I'm trying to fix a scenario with my IP Phone. I have a 4621IP terminal that has two bridged-appearances for other others. The call log feature in this scenario records all calls to all three terminals on my phone. I only want call logs to my terminal and not the bridged-appearances. My previous terminal which was a 2420 had this enabled. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
