Preventing Rogue phones on the network

Pardon my ignorance.

We are just beginning to dable in the voip world. We just received 2 4620's to play around w/. We were successful in installing them off our G3r v11 locally, but the implementation will be at a small remote office.

Our data team has posed a question on what security measures will be in place to prevent rogue phones from being plugged in and attaching to our network.

Is this done via MAC filtering? If so, is it at the PBX level or the router level?
I've looked over every place I can think of in the PBX and can find no ip security settings.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated. TIA
