VOIP & Phone Manager

Hi all,

I'm trying to get VOIP working via i'm connected via VPN into main office where the IPO 412 is located.

I can connect and can ping the IPO 412, I'm also able to get PH to pop when I call the extensions DDI, but when I try to use PM, I get no response.

In configure>PBX, the IP address is correct, but I'm not able to browse the selection of extensions available.

I'd like to browse to the VOIP extension i've created and test out the VOIP over the VPN, but can't quite get it right.

Can anyone help as i've never done this before and i'm sure i'm missing something!
