Hi Vik, how do I regester to your site. I have a job tomorrow on a SDX Index 100 with the following fault detail raised " Summary of Fault Reported: 2 of their phones are not ringing on incoming calls - They can dial out ok from them - Had lines checked and they all came back ok." I never worked on this type of pbx. When on site I was able to logon and look at the menu options but not sure where to look.
Your help and advice is greatly appreciated.
