IdentaFone Software has released IdentaPop Pro v. 1.20, a Windows Caller ID popup display that shows the caller's name and telephone number on your screen, and slowly fades away.

IdentaPop supports TAPI service providers for IP or business telephone systems, including Avaya, Cisco, ESI, 3Com NBX, Nortel, and other CID hardware such as voice modems.

It is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook Contacts for name lookups and screen pops, allowing you to choose a simple Caller ID display, or information from Outlook. If the person calling isn't in your Outlook file, you can easily create a new Outlook contact. Outlook integration also works with public folders, including Microsoft Exchange Server.

Unlike other desktop telephony applications, IdentaPop Pro's non-intrusive interface never competes for space on your Windows screen unless you specifically request it to. IdentaPop Pro's screen background is transparent. Since the display fades away after a user-defined amount of time, you do not need to click anything or interrupt your work flow.
