Avaya vs Fonality
I'm debating between Avaya IP office and fonality's trixboxx pro. Would love any insight.

I am leaning a bit to Avaya IP Office more after reading about v.6.0 and one-x software being available. I love the phone manager pro application, we have IP office V403 when it first came out. It has been a rocky road for us and we are defintely not happy with avaya hardware in terms of call clarity.
