Anyone know Alcatel 4400?

One of our offices in Australia has a Alcatel 4400, that's all I know about it. The tech at the office says that the system is old and they cannot get trunk information from it. We are doing a global install of new systems and they (Australia) are relying on their carrier to tell them what circuits and lines they have. Predictably, this does not match what they THINK they have on the system. There are dozens of POTS lines from the carrier audit that she (the tech) has no knowledge of. She says they don't have many modems or faxes and she doesn't know if they are on the switch or not. The carrier says they have 3 ranges of 100 DIDs, she only knows of two.

I find it hard to believe that there isn't some way to get on the system and see all the trunks on it, and everything else, but she insists that you can't find that out from the system.

Does anyone know anything about it and how I might direct her to that information?
