Re: Transtalk 9031
Just like any other extension. At Ext. 10, Feature 00, Left Intercom Twice, Right Intercom Once, dial the extension number that you want to change, dial **, press the lines in the order that you want them to be accessed, dial ** again, Feature 00.
You will find many pointers in the FAQ section of the Partner section of http://support.avaya.com , and you can also download the entire manual. |

Re: Transtalk 9031
Thanks alot. quick question.. while punching in these codes from ext. 10/11 the part where you select the lines and order to access is where I'm confused. If on ext.10/11 I have 4 buttons of incoming lines.. those are what I press as far as the lines in that order??

Re: Transtalk 9031
Yup, after you dial the extension number of the phone you want to program, the line keys will light up. They may be solid, flashing, or fluttering, depending on if the lines are programmed to ring for that extension. When you dial **, you are telling the system that you want to set the Automatic Line Selection. Then you touch those lit up line keys in the order you want the phone to grab them. You can pick any order you want, such as Line 3, Line 2, Line 1, Line 4 - whatever. Then dial ** again to tell the system that you are done with that particular extension's line selection.
