R3 to R6 ACS Upgrade- Straightforward?
I currently have a 12G2 R6 upgrade-backup card and was planning on using it on a R3.0.2 ACS processor. Is this a straightforward upgrade, or are there some risks or additional work that will be required?
Thanks for your help, Pete |

Re: R3 to R6 ACS Upgrade- Straightforward?
This is very straightforward. Power down, put upgrade card in, power on, watch the light on the processor as it goes through the upgrade, power down again when complete, power up and you are done. there should be no programming needed unless, you have battery issues. If you question their strength, replace with fresh AA's before you start the process. Good luck.
