2 single line phones 1 extension.

Partner ACS.

Can I connect 2 single line phones to 1 extension of the Partner. I am running out of extensions.

Yes. If I'm not mistaken, the REN of the Partner ports is 2.0 so as long as you don't exceed 2.0 REN on one extension, you should be ok.
