PartnerMail Time Stamp wrong
We recently installed the latest version of Partner mail to an existing partner II system. The time on the voicemail will not sync to the switch. I'm told there are no settings for the vmail time, and that it always pulls the time from the processor. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Re: PartnerMail Time Stamp wrong
What release of Partner II? Must be release 4 or higher to use VS Mail or Partner Messaging. External Partner Mail worked with earlier releases, since it had its own clock.
Also, remember the ports are numbered differently from VS mail, and if you have an extension in Hunt Group 7 with a lower extension than the 1st real VM port, it can't communicate things like the system time and Day/Night mode. |
