That's a pretty broad question - did you purchase a refurbished one without a manual or something?
You can download all Avaya manuals for free from support.avaya.com Start there, and if you have specific questions post them. Peter |

I agree. It also depends on what your trying to set up the partner to do. Are you going to have VM, or AA, so on and so forth. You will need to program all of this and if you know how that s one thing, but if you dont know how then this can be kind of hard and time consuming.
