Is it possible to transfer ouside, inbound calls to another outside number in a Partner?

Partner ACS Release 6 and 7 offer Remote Call Forward, calls directed to an extension can be connected to the outside number via conferencing with another outside line.

Centrex lines from the Telco allow a Flash/Transfer on ANY system, and free up the line when the transfer completes
