Voice mail lock out?

Any body had a problem with a user who's voice mail gets locked out? The system is stating something about multiple logins or something (I'll have to double check what it exactly means). I can't seem to find anything in the manuals on fixing this problem.

Generally this happens when a user accesses voicemail then abruptly hangs up without backing out, then immediately tries to re-access. Give it five minutes and the initial access will clear and life will be good.

If it doesn't come back, restart the entire system by cycling the power off and on, or #728 in system programming. After it reboots, your user will be able to get back in.
