One of our offices in California cannot dial 9-1-855-xxx-xxxx, 9-1-866-xxx-xxxx, 9-1-877-xxx-xxxx or 9-1-888-xxx-xxxx numbers from their MLS phones. Any assistance on how to add these "area codes" would be greatly appreciated. Is #412 the access code to get into "Allowed Lists?" Do they need to get into "List Entry" at the console and find a blank one to add the four "area codes?"

Re: How do I add area codes from console?
Quote:
Are you on centrex lines (CO expects a 9)? If so just make #407 be 91888, 91877, etc. Cephas |
