AA Announcements - Partner Messaging

I have a couple of sites remotely where I had no involvement setting up the AA. How can I determine the current configuration (AAx, greetingx, submenu X) remotely? Can I do it without using the Partner Messaging software?

Just dial in and romp around the administration tree, jotting down notes, listening to prompts, etc. I don't do much partner - does anyone know if you can dial in with a modem and print out the configuration like you can with Merlin Messaging? Never tried it.

yes, you can. you need the partner messaging remote admin software - get the correct version to go with your unit, either R1 or R6 it uses the LAN port. you need to set up the lan port via the rs-232 port and hyperterm.
