Is it possible to set up a "general mailbox" that is accessable by all of the users from any phone? The equipment is an Avaya Partner ACS 6.0 with a PC Voice Messaging Card (i believe R3.0). Here' s what I mean. We have a night auto-attendant (acivated by night service) that allows for DXD and allows the caller to wait for voicemail. The AA then transfers the call to ext.10, which goes to voicemail. However, the voicemail is the attendant's VM, not a general VM for the whole business. So, is it possible for the AA to transfer directly to a VM box by pressing a number or by waiting on the line instead of transfering to ext.10? Thanks in advance.
