one-X Portal Help!?!

Trying to install Portal for the first time....

I've got the server up and running and I'm able to login with my user account but I'm unable to take control of my phone (or use a different phone)....

I'm thinking I've got a problem on my AES box, but I don't know where to look...

Any ideas?

Just an FYI...I fixed the problem by rebooting the Portal Server....

I've got it up and running in case anyone has any questions...
