AVAYa Video Telephony SOlution using One-X Communicator
Hi All,
Recently i came to know that AVAYA has come out with a UC component in AVAYA CM which is nothing but one-X portal license. This will work only from CM 5.0 or CM 5.1. This can be used for Video Contact Center solution. Anybody interested, please post me few questions on the same. I can try to clarify. Or if you have any info regarding the same, please share in this thread. |
