Seeing Presence when calling from outside
How to see Presence information when calling from Mobile Phones? or calling from outside office?
We use Microsoft OCS 2007 (MOC) for doing the internal conferencing. Few guys across the globe join the conference from outside office (either thru' mobile phone or Landline phone). Can we have any solution to see the presence of those guys in MOC using any interface device? Requesting for quick reply from the team if possible |

Self found out the solution (yet to test it) and sharing the same with you guys for your benefit!
This issue can be resolved using AVAYA's latest Intelligence Presence Server which can integrate with AVAYA system and also using AVAYA One-X Communicator licenses (AVAYA's flagship UC Product). I will update once i complete the demo! regards |
