Re: SIP trunking
Hi,
I think Avaya One-X does not work on SIP. It can be loaded on any supporting mobile phone and connected to Office PBX (having DID connectivity) using GSM network. We need to define abbrivated codes in Avaya system and uoload the setting file containing similar codes to mobile phone. |

Re: SIP trunking
I.ve got a site "out there" working with SIP trunking on 3.1 SW. There is an issue though which has been esculated to Avaya (some 3 weeks ago) in that there is a delay on I/C calls where the speech path dosn't open untill approx 0.7 to 1 second into the call being answered. This results in a lot of "hello's" being lost in the cloud. Customer is not prepared to accept this as it stands.
I will post any reply I get from Avaya. |
