Re: Welcome to the Avaya One-X section
I have 2 small One-X Quick editions installed. Both on r2, to utilize the home worker option. Had a few bumps on the first one. The Park/retreive Park had a glitch. And the voicemail email was goofed up on another (swapping the phone out fixed it though.)
Personally, until Avaya came out with this newest release (3.2) I didnt think this was a pinch of crap. BUt now you can finally have BLF and programmable buttons as well as the new ATA device. I do have issue with the way Avaya is marketing this. They are touting this system as the "customer installed" phone system. If that is the case, they need to ship the phones with current releases. Would I ship a phone to a customer and tell them they need to upgrade it before it works? NO WAY! |

Re: Welcome to the Avaya One-X section
There is a "Gateway" Single ethernet port, which converts it to 4 co ports. The gateway also has a paging port and an external MOH port.
Alos, there is a similar gateway that has a single ethernet port on it and 4 analog extension ports. |

Re: Welcome to the Avaya One-X section
Well I thought that the G10 Gateway always came with 4 co ports and a Lan port as well as MOH. They are stackable. The Avaya one x is supposed to suport upto 20 users, but I have taken it further on may occassions. Not sure about the Video but if you look in the PDF on the System it gives this info
