Question New Norstar System

I'm the communications/IT guy for a small (10 employee) insurance agency, and we're looking for a new system to replace our aging Starplus 616 flex. Is the Norstar ICS the way to go? We'll need a few hunt groups, auto attendant, and voicemail. Also, which Nortel voicemail solution do you recommend to couple with the Norstar ICS? Any other suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Also, a few more questions now that I think about it. We've got 4 incoming CO lines, and I was wondering if the auto-attendant could answer them automatically regardless of the time of day, and allow the caller to dial an extention (if (s)he knows it), otherwise bounce the caller to a live receptionist. Finally, what are the ways that the agent (executive) can screen calls that are coming from a caller that dials his extention from the auto-attendant? Or is screening impossible, and the agent has to answer incoming direct extention calls blindly. Can all of these settings be automated depending on the time of day (eg. night service)? Thanks in advance for your time and help!

the norstar cics and a call pilot 100 should do ...with caller id the caller id info is sent between 1st and 2nd ring ..if you set aa to answer on 2 rings the customer ifo will display to agent phone.. the nite service would go 0 rings to aa then to agents phone or gen delivery mb
