My company needs to change the main greeting sue a name change

base on what I read from the internet it to use feature 983

however it tells me it is an inactive feature.

I have tryed shutdown the box and then turn it on but same issue

I have done feature 9*1 but there no feature 983


Does nayone know what steps I take to change the mani greeting
