Voicemail/AA problem
I have a problem with calls that are transferred from the auto-attendant.
The un-answered call will not go to the extension mailbox. Instead it returns to the CCR menu. However if the extension is called from another extension, it will forward to the mailbox. Any ideas? Thanks |
