Outbound Transfer can be turned on or off at anytime (If it has been set up to begin with)

Press "Feature" 9 8 1

Enter your mailbox password and press OK or "#"

Press ADMIN or "8"

Press "8" to open the Outbound Transfer (xfr) Menu.

Press SELECT or "2"

Press CHNG or "1" to turn Outbound Transfer off.
Press CHNG again to turn Outbound Transfer on.

Press QUIT or the "release" key to end the session.
