Call Forward on Busy overrides CLID
If your telephone is assigned Call Forward on Busy, Caller Identification (CLID) won't appear on your display. Call Forward on Busy is a feature that forwards all your callls to another designated telephone or DN if your telephone is busy. With that said you won't be able to see who is calling you.
