If you find yourself away from the office for an extended period of time or something has come up where you'll be out of the office for a few days...this is for you.
You can call from any touch tone telephone. 1. Call the Automated Attendant or your Norstar telephone and press "* *" while the greeting is playing. 2. Enter your mailbox number and password then press "#" 3. Press "8" 4. Press "2" 5. Press "3" to turn Call Forwarding from the Call Forwarding menu on and off. 6. Press "1" to turn Call Forward on and off. **If done correctly the voice prompt will say "Calls will be answered immediately" you have successfully forwarded your calls. ** If you've turned off Call Forwarding the voice prompt will say "Calls will ring at your set". ![]() |
