i am having a problem with a station module that is attached to a citel extender. every time we add a new set or move a phone using set relocation on that station mod one of the exsisting phones goes deaf. unable to hear dial tone or voices thru the hand set or speaker.
the affected phone has to be uplugged and then it goes back to normal.

any ideas
