Caller ID - Norstar 8X24

One of the phone systems that Imanage is a small Norstar 8X24 system with 7 phones attached.

The system has a CII, and some of the phones display caller ID before the line is picked up, but some only will display the ANI after the call is answered.

I tried many different things using the admin menu, but was unable to get the caller ID to display when the call is ringing.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do to get it to work on those phone where it is not currently working?
