RDBServer.exe Crashing

Hi guys,

ive got the Call Centre Reporting running on a server and it seems to work fine for about 20 mins but then i get a message saying

"Runtime Error!
Program...\Nortel Networks\Call Centre Reporting\RDBServer.exe
Abnormal Program Termination"

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this and how i can fix it? Could it be a problem with the server and should i try installing it on a different server?
