RCC Software for CallPilot 150

Hi Everyone,
I have a customer that has a CallPilot 150 3.0 system with "Enhanced Call Center". I'm trying to set-up the RCC (Reporting for Call Center) software on a customer laptop. The IP address of the CallPilot is 10.73.36.60 and the laptop IP address is 10.73.36.2. This the only two things on this network. The RCC software installs fine to the laptop. I can access the laptop browser to RCC software with no problem. When the RCC software tries to access the CallPilot Call Center to get the real-time displays, and I get a box that says "Cannot connect to the RDB Server. Please try again later". Anyone have any ideas on this?

The Call Center Application Server Software is installed on the laptop. The CallPilot and the laptop are the only two things on this network.

CallPilot is running on 30.00.75.22
The Call Center Application Server is 30.00.72.22
The Reporting for Call Center is 2.2.112

Custome has another site that I just put a CallPilot 150 in last week. I went over there and picked up their cd to check the software versions.

This software is:
Call Center Application Server is 31.10.14.22
Reporting for Call Center is 2.2.116

One thing I notice and wasn't sure about, the Installation Guide says the "enable Call Center Reporting Software Keycode". The customer purchased Enhanced Call Center keycode. I was told the the software enable code is part of that keycode. I've contacted the person they purchased system from about a software upgrade on the CallPilot - 150. Am I going down the correct path?
