Question change the number of rings

I can't seem to find the instructions on how to change the number of rings before a particular set sends the call to voice mail. Right now, the caller has to wait 10 rings before they get to one particular person's voice mail. Everyone else in the system has a 3 ring limit, but i can't seem to find the place to change it for her phone. Please help! Thanks.

Re: change the number of rings

Thanks for your help. I had found that section, but it hadn't worked for me. Then i realized by checking the formatting of other sets that her set hadn't been forwarded to 36 like everyone else's. Once i changed that, i was able to set the number of her rings.

Re: change the number of rings

Ooops, sorry, I forgot to mention that: if you do not input an extension to which it should forward, the option for ring delay won't show up.
