Local Calling
Last week I started receiving calls that employees could not dial local calls and they kept getting a busy signal. After looking into the problem the only idea that I have is that all of our local access lines are being used up, which there are 72. Is there any LD command to check and see how many local lines are being used or to check and see if the equipment in the PBX has any errors? Another other ideas on cheking the local access line usage will be helpful. I definitely do not want to pay another technician to come down and tell me there is just 72 people on the telephone.

Re: Local Calling - Fixed
I might be answering myself but I thought I would let everyone know the load command I was looking for was LD 60. After resetting one of the loops everything seems to be working now.
