Cannot Reset Operator Password

Hi guys,

i have tryed everything and anything but i cannot reset the operator password

Feature 985

73738677793

screen says invalid password

, any help on this would be grateull.

models we are using are t7316

NORSTAR VM RESET PASSWORD FEAT 985, 9, 73738767793, OKAY, YES

I have just bought a second hand Norstar 616 and i am trying to set it up for my requirements but it seems that the last owner didnt know or has forgotten the passswords, is there any way of defaulting the system or passwords, i have several of these units in different places and this is the 1st time i have come across this problem, any help would be greatfully recieved, Steve
