Hello,

Is it possible to extend our current hardware if there is extra capacity or purchase new hardware throughout our building so that we can share secretarial services with two other businesses in our building? Is it possible to identify inbound calls that are directed at 3 different companies?

Ideally there would be three different company introductory messages allowing people to input extensions or search directory. Then if they want they can press 0 to get the operator. The operator then can see which company they are calling for and answer appropriately.
