smdr6 stumped
Hello everybody, I've have a customer that has a mics 5.0 xc with a nam 4.0, and a smdr6 using tapit ex. I'm able to see all call information except station to station reporting. I'm unable to see it in the smdr monitor from the switch. The smdr is setup for a norstar and to record all call information, any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
