New Daylight Savings Time
Anyone here know of any fixes or patches regarding the change in dates of Daylight savings time? The Nortel site just has a notice that they're aware of the problem and working on it. I've got about 15 systems throughout my complex ranging from DR5 to 7.1. Unless I here otherwise I'm just going to disable the auto Daylight Savings feature and change times manually every spring and fall. (Rumor has it that 7.1 should include a fix for this, but nobody knows for sure)
Thanks!

Re: New Daylight Savings Time
What kind of problem are you having with daylight savings time? There was no provisions for changing daylight savings time automatically until 2.0. I haven't had any problem with any of mine that were installed with 2.0 are greater.

Re: New Daylight Savings Time
As of this year the US Gov't has changed the dates on which the clocks change. Since 1966, most of the United States has observed Daylight Saving Time from 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of April until 2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday of October. Beginning in 2007, most of the U.S. will begin Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and revert to standard time on the first Sunday in November. AFAIK the Norstar will continue to update based on the old standards with which it was originally programmed...
