How are Line Redirection and Call Forward different?
Call Forward forwards all calls from a specific telephone to another telephone within the system.
Line Redirection redirects ONLY the lines you specify (doesn't matter what telephones they appear on) to a telephone outside the system. Line Redirection takes priority over Call Forward.  |
