Post Options while listening to your voicemail

These are options you can use while a message is playing.
I know some have atemplate taped to there telephone but these are pretty easy to remember even if you commit a few to memory.
Instead of using the soft keys if your using a M7310, m7324 or T7316 try these bt just pressing a number on the dial pad:

11 - Replay, this plays back the message from the begining.

1 - Backup, this rewinds the message back 9 seconds.

2 - Pause/Continue, this temporarily stops the message.

33 - End of Message, this lets you skip to the end of the message

3 - Forward, this lets you advance 9 seconds and continue playing.

4 - Previous, this stops playing the current message and begins the previous one.

5 - Copy, this allows you to send a copy of the message to one or more mailboxes (Unless its a PRIVATE message, they can't be copied) This also gives you the ability to record an introduction to the forwarded message.

6 - Next, this stops the current message and plays the next message.

7 - Envelope, this will display the message info ie: Time, Date, whether it was an internal call.

77 - Save Message, this lets you save the message.

8 - Erase, self explanatory (If you don't delete a message it is automatically saved)

9 - Reply, this allows you to reply to the message. It can either be a message to the sender's mailbox or a telephone call.
(If the caller is from outside the system you'll need to subscribe to a service from your local telco)

* - Volume Control, this allows you to adjust the volume by pressing the star key. (Every time you press it the volume will increase, after 3 presses the volume goes to lowest level)

I hope this helps you.
