Post What is the CII?

It is the Caller Identification Interface (CII)

There are two models of CII, the first being CII-C6, built for use on the 6X16 KSU. The second being the CII-M8, built for use on the 8X24 KSU.

These pieces of equipment detects and converts incoming CLASS/CMS call information to a Norstar messaging channel.
Used in conjunction with DR5 software it will provide call display information and associated features to designated telephones in the system including CO voicemail message waiting indication.

Each unit takes up a station port on the system.

Re: What is the CII?

How do you tell the system which phones are to display the caller ID info?

I tried many different things from the admin menu, but was unable to get the information to display on some of the phones.

Thanks!
