If your Norstar is connected to a PBX, you can use a Link signal to access special features.
On non-Norstar analog phones the Link is called Flash Press "Feature" 7 1 *Tip - If this applies to you I recommend that you program this feature to a memory button for a one-touch access. ![]() |

One of our offices is having a problem using the Link feature. Everything goes through OK up until she goes to disconnect herself, which also disconnects the linked call. Currently she is linking the call and then putting it on hold. She timed the call, and even though the caller had finished the call the system showed the call on hold for approx 3 minutes. Is there something she can do to be able to disconnect from the linked call?
