I am sure some of you have come across this one time or another... You get to a customers or your at your new job and you go to use the Fast RAD and it asks for the password but every password you try doesn't work... Truly a nightmare of a time because the person that set it up isn't there anymore or plain and simple someone forgets it!

Here's a treat for all of you :

***Before doing this please make sure no one is using the system or lets put it this way... Do this either early in the morning or late in the day when few people are using the system***

To RESET the Passsword:

You must use a M7310 (I haven't tried with T7316 yet)

Change the Date on the KSU to July 30th

Press "Feature" 9 * *

(Soft Keys are located just underneath the display)

Press the Middle Soft Key 6 times.

Press the Right Soft key 5 times.

Press the "HOLD" key

Press the "2" key on the dial pad

Press the "1" key on the dial pad

and most importantly CHANGE the date back to the correct date

There you have it.

I am NOT a big fan of opening up the RAD to short the battery!
