Lightbulb Disconnecting One party from your Conference Call

You can disconnect one party of the conference call:

Press the of the caller you want to disconnect.
(The other caller is automatically put on hold while you do this)

Then Press the "Release" key.

Then press the line button of the held call to speak with the remaining person.
